Human Resources General Affairs Staff

HRGA Department | Bandung

Job Function:
Carry out Human Resources, General Affairs and Legal function in the Branch office to support the key business needs
  • Perform the whole process of recruitment and selection
  • Responsible for Branch’s new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Ensure the implementation of HR systems in Branch
  • Ensuring office working systems are all operating properly (printers, scanner, photocopier, internet connection, telephone, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner
  • Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels, etc.)
  • Provides general supporting activities such as the administration of company legal documents and permits and company transportation
  • Maintain and update the whole document of HRGA and Legal, including but not limited to archive and improve the system


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or another related major
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in HR, General Affairs & Legal area
  • HR Generalist background equipped with knowledge of general affairs and legal
  • Have knowledge of Labor Law is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize routine and ad hoc tasks
  • Willing to be placed at our Bandung Branch Office
